We offer a full refund on all initial subscription purchases within 14 days of the transaction date. If you are not satisfied with BuildAGallery for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund—no questions asked.

Because Paddle is our Merchant of Record, you may also contact Paddle Buyer Support directly at paddle.net to initiate a return or refund.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and returns.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you are within the 14-day window of your initial purchase, you must explicitly request a refund to receive your money back.
Once approved, refunds are processed by Paddle and credited back to your original payment method. This usually takes 5-10 business days.
