We offer a full refund on all initial subscription purchases within 14 days of the transaction date. If you are not satisfied with BuildAGallery for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund—no questions asked.

Because Polar.sh is our Merchant of Record, you may also contact them directly at [email protected] to initiate a return or refund.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar.sh. Polar.sh is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They are responsible for processing payments, managing tax compliance (including VAT), and handling billing-related customer inquiries.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you are within the 14-day window of your initial purchase, you must explicitly request a refund to receive your money back.
Once approved, refunds are processed by Polar.sh and credited back to your original payment method. This usually takes 5-10 business days.
